This is a budget basement that we did in Milwaukee, WI. This budget basement was completed for under $20,000. But that was enough for this smaller basement to have crown molding, shadow boxes, tile floor with designs, and built-in niches. Oh yeah we also built a refrigerator inside of the wall!
